1. Check in is from 3pm of day of arrival, if you wish to arrive earlier you can leave your luggage on the verandah and I will place in your rooms when they are ready
2. Check out is 9.30am, again you may leave your luggage on the verandah for collection after you return from skiing.
3. A booking is only confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit.
4. Balance of payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

1. Please let me know if you have any dietary challenges so i can arrange to accommodate you.
2. When staying for 7 nights, 2 evening meals will be provided
3. When staying for 5 nights, 1 evening meal will be provided
4. No evening meals provided for weekend stays.
5. A heated and well lit gas barbeque area is provided out the back of the house for guest use.
   
6. You are welcome to bring back take away meals and use of the microwave is available.
7. Tea and coffee available 24hrs
   
8. No use of the stove or oven is permitted except under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of booking 30 days prior to arrival incurs a $100 cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation closer than 30 days prior to arrival incurs a 50% of total booking fee unless able to rebook the room and then a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
