CONDITIONS


   1.      The hire period commences from 3.00pm on the day of arrival
 

 

     2.      The unit  or room must be vacated no later than 9.30am of day of departure

 

  3.      A "weekly" charge applies for a period from 3.00pm on Sunday to 9.30am the following Sunday morning.        

 

    4.      A "midweek" charge applies for the period from 3.00pm Sunday to 9.30am the following Friday morning.

 

  5.      A "weekend" charge applies for the period from 3.00pm Friday to 9.30am the following Sunday morning.

 

 6.      A booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit.

 

            7.  The remaining 50% must be received, not less than 30 days prior to         occupancy.


8.No more than eight(8) persons are permitted to occupy the self contained "Unit" as per Council licensing regulations.

 

Note: Maximum occupancy is monitored by the local council. The occupants are responsible for any fines if found to have over maximum occupancy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation 1 month prior to arrival incurs a $100 cancellation fee.

Any cancellation after that 1 month prior to occupation will incur a 50% cancellation fee unless rebooked then will only incur a $100 cancellation fee.

 
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SELF CONTAINED UNIT
  • You are required to make arrangements for your own food (including condiments) and toiletries some toilet paper is supplied but you may need to purchase more.

    • Bed linen (sheets and pillow slips) and towels, T- towels are now supplied at $20 per head.
    • If you pay for your accommodation 3 mths in advance of your arrival date the linen will be supplied for free.

  • Plenty of doonas, pillows and extra blankets are provided.

     

CLEANING AND RUBBISH FOR SELF CONTAINED UNIT

  • " Please ensure that all rubbish is adequately packaged in the garbage bags (supplied) and placed in the "wheelie" bin located at the bottom of the front stairs.
  • " Please place "wheelie" bin at the bottom of driveway near the letterbox, for collection, THURSDAY nights.
  • The unit is cleaned after each guest.

  • Please help us maintain our low rates by ensuring the unit is left in a "reasonable" state, with any dirty dishes rinsed and placed into the dishwasher.
